Refund Policy
Once you have made your payment with us we are immediately making an accounting with the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) and processing your order. At this point there is no turning back; however, if you decide to cancel the transaction, Bridgeview will have to file additional documents with the CBSA. Once CBSA completes the amend, a refund cheque is issued by CBSA to the importer after 90 days. There is no refund on services rendered if purchased by a credit card.
